Ordering Process:
Once your order has been placed via the website, we will confirm your order with you by email. An invoice together with our banking details will be sent to you. At this time, we will also confirm delivery date – this is dependant on quantities ordered as well as the availability of stock. If you wish to specify a delivery date, please include in the comments section when checking out. Dependant on delivery date, we may request a 50% deposit to secure your order and then final payment when your order is ready. Once proof of full payment is received, your order will be packaged and sent to you.
Custom-made Jewellery:
Please note that if you wish any of the jewellery in our catalogue to be customised according to your requirements, please feel free to contact us via email or give us a call. We will re-quote you on the item according to the customisation required. Examples of customisation:
- Colour change
- Style change
- Earrings required, etc.
Postage and Packaging:
When proceeding to check out, the preferred default option for postage and packaging is the overnight courier option. This option is sent by Speed Services Couriers from the local Post Office. This option is only for South African buyers. With this option, you will get your parcel delivered to your local Post Office counter 1 day after the order has been posted. This is the sequence of events. Once the parcel is posted, it is scanned into the system. By later the same day it will show up as a track and trace item on the tracking number system. It will then be at available at your Post Office the next day for pick up. This is an overnight service. Your tracking number will be sent to you by SMS after it has been posted. This way, you can trace the parcel at the following telephone number 0860 023 133.
However, the second option available to you is by normal post – this option will be included on your invoice that is emailed to you on receipt of your order. We also post this off at the local Post Office. This service takes 3-5 days to arrive – this is a cheaper option however, we can not guarantee delivery with this option.
We will post your item/s carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and in a secure box to ensure safe delivery. As soon as we have received your order and confirmation of payment we will put together your order and send you the tracking number of the parcel.
